Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms definitely need updating and had some noise issues, but they were well-appointed with essential amenities. The service was a bit slow initially but improved later, with a helpful staff that even offered a room upgrade. The location was superb, allowing me to explore downtown Guayaquil easily. The dining experience was fantastic, offering a variety of delicious options. Overall, the facilities were clean and modern, adding to the comfort of the stay.
Staying at the hotel was a mixed experience. While my room at the back of the hotel had views over the Iguana Park and Cathedral, it was noisy due to traffic until late. The room was spacious but didn't match the advertised amenities like a coffee maker or a mini-bar. More water would have been appreciated throughout my stay.
The hotel offers spacious and comfortable rooms with a great view of Iguana Park. The service was excellent, and the location is phenomenal with many sites and restaurants within walking distance. The dining experience was good but could be improved. Overall, a great value for money option in downtown Guayaquil.
